1. Conduct high-quality research on advanced control models and algorithms for complex actuation systems, including servo motors and high-performance drive controllers.

2. Hold a Ph.D. degree or a Master's degree (with a minimum of 4 years of research experience) in advanced control theory, control science and engineering, applied mathematics, mechatronics, or a related field.

3. Possess a strong research background in control systems theory and implementation.

4. Demonstrate technical expertise in control system algorithms and advanced mathematical skills in statistics, optimization, and/or machine learning.

5. Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Python. Experience with modeling and simulation tools.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

7. Have knowledge of precision positioning systems and motion control technologies. Prior experience in the development of advanced control models and algorithms for industrial applications is a plus.

1. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Artificial Intelligence

2. Familiarity with neural network frameworks such as Theano, Torch or Caffe

3. Occasional travel to conferences and for customer visits may be required

4. Strong background in CUDA strongly preferred

5. Programming experience on Linux platforms

6. Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of recent advances in machine learning, particularly deep learning

7. Conduct performance evaluation and optimization to ensure scalability, efficiency, and accuracy of computer vision systems.

8. Contribute to patent filings, technical documentation, and research publications.

9. 5+ years of experience in computer vision research, development, and implementation.

1. Have more than 3 mass production product design experience, as the main designer.

2. Love industrial/consumer robots or have in-depth research on mechanical products such as industrial equipment.

3. Skilled use of simulation tools to verify the reliability of the structure.

4. Have effective interdisciplinary learning ability, keen to explore new areas.

5. Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overhead.

1. Familiar with M0/M4 ARM MCU configuration and A-series ARM processor driver programming.

2. Highly proficient and prolific with C/C++ language programming, HW debugging, and system testing.

3. Provide test fixture support for manufacturing, QA, and contract manufacturers.

4. Troubleshoot product failures on PCBs, power supplies, and electromechanical assemblies.

5. Innovative problem-solving skills and strong debugging skills in embedded firmware application.
