The PRIMA Utility e-Wagon has all-terrain wheels and can be used on most terrain, such as semi-dry and wet sandy beaches. However, beaches and snow are special, if the load is too large and the sand is very dry/the snow is very loose, it may not be used normally.

Reference data: 15 mile @ 3.5 mph (24 km @ 5.6 km/h) on flat urban asphalt with 75lb (34kg) load at 77°F(25°C).

The maximum static load is 300 lb (135 kg), which requires an average force when placing the load.
When in use, the uneven road will produce a large impact, so the dynamic load will be reduced to 150 lb (68 kg), which is a reference value, it will be related to speed and so on.

It can pass 20% of the slope. It will still work when you have to go through a larger slope, and the force exceeding the motor power will be applied by the operator.
Note: You should make sure that the slope is empty and can be controlled after the wagon loses power, otherwise it could result in a serious accident, injury or death.

When the ambient temperature is too high (maximum 113°F/45°C), it will reduce the output power, you may need to use more force, such as on a slope, but do not worry, it is slowly changing, you have plenty of time to sense that it is reducing the power.
When the temperature is too low (minimum 5°F/-15°C), the discharge efficiency of the battery will be reduced, and the energy recovery function will be turned off below 3°F/0°C, so the operating time will be shortened. The battery will generate heat during operation, and if necessary, insulation measures can be added to improve efficiency. The optimum operating temperature is 68 to 77°F (10 to 25°C).

1. It is allowed to pass quickly on the water, but not for a long time in the water, the depth is recommended to be less than 2inch/5cm. Avoid passing over corrosive liquids such as sea water.
2. Other components, splashing water will not cause damage, but the water should be dried in time.
3. The battery has no waterproof design and should be protected.
